Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the US and we wanted to know, "how does travel make you thankful?" You discover so much about yourself when you travel but at the end of the day, whether it's the comfort of your own home or the ability to just take a trip, there's plenty to be thankful for.
We polled some of the Contiki staff about how the ability to travel and see the world makes them truly thankful. Here's some of their insights and we hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving!
"I am thankful for travel because I always end up coming home with a new favorite song - other cultures' music is so beautiful and different!" - Jen
"I am thankful for the friends I have made from around the world. I am thankful for being able to learn more about the world and how I want to fit in it. I am thankful for the history and culture that I get to experience even if it means sweating in the Cambodian heat or freezing as it snows on top the Eiffel Tower.
